  • Order Tools

    Click here to Order Tools. Tool pickups and returns are by appointment only. Appointments are available Monday from 9am – 6:30pm, Tuesday through Friday from 9am – 4:30pm and select Saturdays. We ask that you place your order at least 48 hours in advance of your desired pickup time. Note that your appointment is not confirmed until a staff person contacts you directly.

  • Pay Fees

    For first-time orders, all fees are due upon pick-up of tools. For repeat orders, fees are due no later than the day tools are returned. We are a point-of-service vendor and do not invoice any organization for tools orders. Fees may be paid via credit card or check (made payable to Baltimore Community ToolBank). If you have a balance due on your account, you will not be able to borrow tools again until the balance is paid.

  • Schedule Tool Return

    Just like tool pick-ups, returns are by appointment only. ToolBank staff will inquire about your drop-off appointment when you pick-up tools. You can also call to arrange a return appointment closer to the due date of tools. In all cases, you must schedule your return. If you do not make appointments with the TooBank at any time, you will not be given a pop-up appointment. Appointments are available Monday from 9am – 6:30pm, Tuesday through Friday from 9am – 4:30pm and select Saturdays. Just like pickup appointments, your return appointment isn’t scheduled until a staff person confirms it with you. We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice for all appointments.
